Cirql delivers digital services only
Cirql is a software platform and marketing marketplace. We do not sell, ship or deliver any physical goods. There are no shipping charges, courier partners, tracking numbers or delivery addresses associated with any purchase on the Platform.
This policy sets out when and how the services you pay for on Cirql are made available to you. It is published in place of a shipping policy, which does not apply to our business.
1. Creator subscription plans
- Access is activated immediately on successful payment — normally within a few seconds.
- Subscription features become available in your account without any further action.
- A payment confirmation and tax invoice is emailed to your registered email address within 24 hours.
- If a payment succeeds but features are not unlocked within 30 minutes, contact us and we will resolve it or refund you.
2. Business campaigns
A campaign purchase gives you access to the campaign workflow on the Platform. Delivery happens in stages:

Timelines for creator matching are estimates and depend on the brief, budget and creator availability in your category. They are not guaranteed. If no suitable Creator accepts your campaign, it is cancelled and refunded under our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
3. Creator payouts
Creator earnings are released to the registered bank account or UPI ID within 48 hours of the Business approving the content, subject to banking and payment-partner processing times.
4. Service availability
The Platform is available 24/7, subject to scheduled maintenance and events outside our reasonable control. We aim to give advance notice of planned maintenance through the app.
5. Geographic coverage
Cirql currently operates in Hyderabad, Telangana, India. All services are provided in India and all payments are processed in Indian Rupees (INR).
6. Problems with delivery
If a service you have paid for has not been made available as described above, contact support@cirql.in with your order or campaign ID. We respond within 24–48 hours.
