Cirql works because Businesses and Creators trust each other. These Guidelines set out how we expect everyone to behave. They apply alongside our Acceptable Use Policy and the rest of the Agreement.
Be authentic
- Represent yourself and your business honestly. Do not impersonate others.
- Do not buy, sell, or use fake followers, likes, comments, or engagement. Authenticity checks protect everyone.
Be professional and fair
- Communicate respectfully. Deliver what you agree, on time.
- Honour agreed briefs, budgets, and deadlines. Use in-app messaging so there is a clear record.
Disclose paid partnerships
- Creators must clearly label sponsored or paid content, in line with the ASCI Guidelines and consumer-protection rules.
- Businesses must not ask Creators to hide a material connection or make false claims.
Keep content lawful and respectful
- No content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, obscene, defamatory, misleading, or that infringes others' rights.
- No content harmful to minors, and nothing that violates privacy or intellectual-property rights.
Keep transactions on-platform
- Use Cirql's escrow and payment tools. Do not move deals off-platform to avoid fees or protections.
Report problems
- If you see behaviour that breaks these Guidelines, report it in the app or contact our Grievance Officer.
Enforcement
We may remove content, issue warnings, or suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Guidelines, the Acceptable Use Policy, or the law. Serious or repeated breaches may lead to permanent removal and forfeiture of pending amounts to the extent permitted by law.
