1. "As is" service
Cirql is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, except those that cannot be excluded by law. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
2. We are an intermediary, not a party to campaigns
Cirql connects Businesses and Creators. We are not a party to the contracts they form, do not create their content, and do not endorse any user. We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, content, products, services, or conduct of any user.
3. Verification is not a guarantee
Verification badges and follower-authenticity checks reflect checks at a point in time. They are not a guarantee of any user's identity, honesty, quality, solvency, or performance. You deal with other users at your own risk.
4. No guarantee of results
Any figures, statistics, or examples about cost savings, reach, engagement, visibility, or return on investment shown anywhere on Cirql are indicative and illustrative only. We do not guarantee any particular campaign outcome.
5. Third-party services
The platform may rely on or link to third-party services (for example, payment gateways, social networks, analytics). We are not responsible for third-party services or their content, and their terms and policies apply to your use of them.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising out of or related to your use of Cirql.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company's total aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Agreement will not exceed the total fees you paid to the Company in the 3 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
7. Your responsibility
You are responsible for your own use of the platform, your content, your campaigns, your legal and tax compliance, and your dealings with other users.
Nothing in this document excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Indian law.
