1. Our intellectual property

The Cirql name and logo, the "Peerfluence" name, the platform, its software, design, text, graphics, and other materials we provide are owned by or licensed to the Company and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. We grant you only a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the platform in accordance with the Agreement. You must not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from our materials without our written permission.

2. User and campaign content

Creators own the original content they create, subject to the licences they grant to Businesses and to the Company as set out in the Creator Terms & Conditions and Business/Brand Terms & Conditions. By posting content on Cirql, you grant the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, display, and use it to operate and promote the platform. You are responsible for ensuring you have all rights needed for the content you submit.

3. Respecting others' rights

You must not upload or use content that infringes anyone's intellectual-property rights. Businesses must ensure their briefs and materials are properly licensed. Creators must ensure their content (including music, footage, and any featured individuals) is cleared for the agreed use.

4. Reporting infringement (takedown)

If you believe content on Cirql infringes your copyright or other rights, send a written complaint to our Grievance Officer — see the Grievance Redressal Framework — including:

We will review and act on valid complaints within the timelines required by law, which may include removing or disabling access to the content.

5. Counter-notice and repeat infringers

If your content is removed and you believe this was a mistake, you may submit a counter-notice to the Grievance Officer. We may terminate the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe others' rights.

6. Trademarks

Cirql, Peerfluence, and related marks are trademarks of the Company. You must not use them without permission except to refer factually to the platform.
