Operated by: Peerfluence Marketing Pvt. Ltd. ("Cirql", "we", "us")
Effective date: 1 August 2026
These Payment Terms govern payments, escrow, payouts, fees and taxes on Cirql. They form part of the Agreement.
1. Currency and providers
All payments are in Indian Rupees (₹). Payments and payouts are processed through our payment gateway, Razorpay, and the associated escrow arrangement.
2. How campaign payments work (escrow)
- A Business funds the agreed campaign fee into escrow before work begins.
- Funds are held securely and are not released to the Creator until conditions are met.
- When the Business approves the delivered content, funds (less platform commission and applicable taxes) are released.
- The Creator is paid out to their registered account within 48 hours of approval.
3. Review window and auto-release
The Business must review deliverables within the review window of 7 days after submission. If the Business neither approves nor raises a dispute within the window, funds may auto-release to the Creator to prevent unfair delay. Raising a dispute within the window pauses release pending resolution.
4. Platform commission and fees
We charge a platform commission of 5% on campaign fees, and Business campaign charges and Creator subscription fees as published on Cirql (for example, Creator Pro ₹799/month and Creator Elite ₹1,099/month; Business campaigns from the amounts shown at checkout). We may change fees prospectively on notice.
5. Subscriptions and billing
Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis until cancelled, using the payment method on file, under any e-mandate/auto-debit authorisation you provide. You can cancel renewal at any time; see the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
6. Taxes
Prices may be shown exclusive or inclusive of tax as indicated at checkout. GST applies to our platform fees and commission as required by law and will be reflected on invoices. Where the law requires, tax may be deducted or collected at source — for example, TDS under Section 194-O of the Income-tax Act, 1961, which can apply to e-commerce operators facilitating payments to participants. Creators and Businesses are responsible for their own tax filings and must provide PAN/GST and bank details needed for payouts and compliance.
7. Failed or reversed payments
If a payment fails, is reversed, or is charged back, we may suspend related campaigns or access until resolved. You are responsible for any fees or losses caused by unauthorised chargebacks.
8. Refunds
Refunds are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy.
9. Records and invoices
We provide transaction records and invoices through the platform. Please keep them for your tax records.
