Request account deletion

Fill in the details below using the email address registered on your Cirql account. We verify every request before deleting anything.

Must match the email on your Cirql account, or we can't verify the request.

We confirm your request by email within 3 working days and complete the deletion within 30 days. You can also email peerfluencemarketing@gmail.com from your registered address instead of using this form.

What happens to your data

Deleted permanently

  • Your profile, photo, bio, niche and rate card
  • Your name, email address and phone number
  • Connected social accounts and their access tokens
  • Campaign applications, briefs and in-app messages
  • Saved payout or billing details
  • Device identifiers and app usage analytics linked to your account

Kept for a limited period

  • Payment and invoice records, kept for 8 years as required by Indian tax and accounting law
  • Records needed for an open dispute, chargeback or legal claim, kept until it is resolved
  • Anonymised, aggregated usage statistics that can no longer identify you

Before you delete

  • Finish or cancel any live campaign — escrow funds can't be released to a deleted account
  • Withdraw any pending balance in your wallet
  • Cancel an active subscription if you have one; deletion does not automatically refund it
